This deposit will be applied directly toward your total service balance. Because spots are limited and prepared for in advance, deposits cannot be refunded or transferred to another date, time, or person under any circumstances. 🗓️ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is set aside especially for you. Any cancellations or no shows made less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment start time will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. This policy applies strictly to both weekdays and weekends. Advance Notice: To help accommodate clients on the waiting list, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to make any changes to your booking. How to Modify Your Booking: For your convenience, you can manage, reschedule, or cancel your appointment directly using the confirmation link sent to you via text and email. ⏱️ Arrival Windows & Punctuality As a mobile beauty professional, I always strive to remain punctual. An arrival window will be provided to you prior to your appointment, and I will keep you updated via text if any unexpected delays arise en route. 🚗 Parking & Valet Policy To ensure a smooth and timely start to your service, please inform me of the best parking options at your location prior to my arrival. I will always make every effort to utilize free parking where available. If free, secure, or accessible parking is unavailable, any necessary valet or paid parking fees will be added to your final service total. 🗒️ Short Policy Disclaimer Promotions cannot be combined. One promotional discount per client per appointment. Offers and discounts cannot be stacked or combined with other promotional offers.
