Cancellation Policy
🗓️ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is set aside especially for you.
The 4-Hour Rule: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment start time will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. This policy applies strictly to both weekdays and weekends.
Advance Notice: To help accommodate other clients on the waiting list, we kindly request that any changes or cancellations be made 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
How to Modify Your Booking: For your convenience, you can easily manage, reschedule, or cancel your appointment directly through the confirmation link sent to you via text and email.

As a mobile beauty professional, I always strive to arrive precisely at the start of our scheduled time. However, due to unpredictable external factors such as traffic, parking challenges, and transit delays, I operate within a designated arrival window.
An arrival window will be provided to you prior to your appointment.
I will keep you updated via text if any unexpected delays arise en route.
🚗 Parking & Valet Policy
To ensure a smooth and timely start to your service, please advise on the best parking options for your location prior to my arrival.
I will always make every effort to utilize free parking where available.
In areas where free parking is unavailable, secure, or accessible, the cost of valet or paid parking will be added to your final service total.
